What areas do you cover?
New Braunfels and roughly a 40-mile radius around it — including Seguin, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Schertz, Cibolo, and the surrounding Comal, Guadalupe, and Hays county towns.
What does full management include?
Tenant screening and placement, rent collection, in-house maintenance, and monthly owner statements — plus the Pet Pledge and Eviction Pledge. One transparent fee, everything included, and no fee until we place a tenant.
How much do you charge?
One transparent fee with no markups on repairs and none of the long list of junk fees other companies tack on. Chad covers the exact structure on a quick call, since it depends on the property.
Do you mark up repairs?
No. Our maintenance team is in-house rather than outsourced, so you get the actual cost of the work. Repair markups are one of the biggest complaints we hear from owners leaving other companies.
What happens if I get a bad tenant?
We screen thoroughly up front. And if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, our Eviction Pledge means we cover the eviction and re-tenant the property at no leasing fee to you.
I never planned to be a landlord — can you still help?
Absolutely. A lot of the owners we work with ended up renting a home they couldn't sell or inherited. The whole point is that you hand it off and get your life back. Chad can walk you through taking it completely off your plate.
Are you really veteran-owned?
Yes — Chad is a veteran, and MidCity is a local, veteran-owned company based right here in New Braunfels. We also offer a veteran discount on the leasing side.
